Emergencies

Emergency appointments fortunately are very rare if the brace is looked after and well maintained. Instructions on caring for your brace is given when the appliance is fitted.

True emergencies are as follows;
        - dislodgement of brace such that you are unable to move it
        - trauma to the brace or appliance that has caused injury to the lips or cheeks
