Payment in advance Terms and Conditions

You have been directed to these terms and conditions as you have made a payment in advance of your scheduled consultation. The fee received secures the appointment slot and pays for your consultation.

The fee is non refundable should you fail to attend the appointment or short notice cancel within 24 hours. You have the option to reschedule the appointment up to 48 hours before.

Non adherence to the above terms will result in the paid fee being forfeited and a further consultation fee being requested to reschedule your appointment.
