COVID-19 Update | Northenden House Orthodontics

As you are all aware, we are currently going through a pandemic which has meant a lot of orthodontic practices have been closed, including Northenden House.

We have tried our best to update patients as and when we get more guidance from the government, but we understand some of you may be worried.

Hopefully this blog will give clarity to the situation we are in and bring peace of mind for all of you undergoing orthodontic treatment.

The Practice

The practice has closed in-line with national and local government guidelines. We have reduced patient contact as this is the best we can do to ensure protection of our staff and patients during this challenging time.

The practice isn’t a dangerous space as we have very high standards of cross-infection control in the clinic. The decision has been taken to conform with the social distancing advice given by the government and public health advisors.

We do not know when the practice will open again but we will contact you as soon as possible when we have this information available.

Appointments

We will be contacting patients with existing appointments to inform them of the cancellation. Unfortunately, we cannot make another appointment at this stage. We will contact you as soon as we know the date we can re-open. We will work hard to see everyone asap so we thank you for your understanding in this matter.
