Invisalign case study

The Invisalign® treatment provides virtually invisible braces which is a major advantage for those patients who don't want to be seen in the public eye wearing braces. During your journey we will provide regular appointments to review your treatment progress to see if the teeth are being aligned exactly as planned. 

The overall duration of your Invisalign® treatment depends on the complexity of the treatment. Treating underbite, overbite, crowded and crocked teeth with Invisalign® aligners will all have their own timeline of progress depending on the challenges involved to reposition your teeth all of which is discussed in the first consultation. Our dedicated team of passionate and experienced orthodontists provide all the information during your consultation.

When it comes to caring for your Invisalign® aligners you must take them out when you are eating and drinking. Not only that but you must also brush your teeth straight after eating before putting your Invisalign® aligners back in and the best way to clean your aligners is with cool water or as an alternative using special cleaning tablets. After this process you can simply carry on with your treatment.

Will Invisalign® aligners affect your speech?
No they won't, although in the first week they will take some adjusting too but after that you can speak like normal because your tongue will have adjusted to the braces during the transition period.

There is no minimum age required for the Invisalign treatment as it is inclusive of children and adults. Your teeth move throughout life so there is no need to panic if you haven't had any orthodontic treatment when you were younger.
